HEALING ART
Much of my creative work acknowledges the power of art to heal not only the spirit, but also the mind and body. The creative process can be used as a tool of self discovery, and is a powerful agent for transformation. When we engage in creative activities we expand our sense of who we are and open ourselves to ever widening possibilities. Creativity ignites our inner passion and teaches patience, courage, flexibility, confidence, and presence.
